Thu, February 16, 2006 - 10:23 AMNo gratuity is a wonderful idea, not likely in the next ten to twenty years (neither is an income based scale), but a good idea no less. Maybe a mandatory four year stint in the service industry for graduating high-school seniors is possible legislation?
